Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders from Beman.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email, and tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Because some of our items ship from our suppliers' warehouses, transit times can be longer than for domestic-only stores, and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak periods are outside our control.
Multiple shipments
If your order contains several items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.
Lost, delayed, or stuck orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the estimated window, contact us at info@shopbeman.com and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, though we'll do our best to help.
