Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Beman. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your options if you change your mind or there's a problem with your order.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with any seals intact.
Consumable products: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements and other ingestible products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned: gift cards, sale/clearance items marked final sale, and any opened consumable goods as noted above.
How to start a return
Email us at info@shopbeman.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and the returns address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@shopbeman.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they're processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
Your statutory rights
If you are a UK consumer, you also have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to exceptions (including sealed health/hygiene goods once unsealed). This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
